Default VECTOR AIRPRO 260PSI REPLACEMENT BATTERIES

I believe Vector has gone out of business and another company has been selling a cheaper 120psi version.
Does anyone know where to purchase a replacement 12V plug in pack for the 260psi version?? Looked all over the internet but can't find one.

Thanks

Make sure it is the battery that is bad and not the charger. My charger didn't last very long and I charge using a 12V wall charger.

I was charging it with my Triton Jr... The batts were dead... I had a NiMi pack made but it does not provide the punch like the factory pack.. The compressor is fine. When I use someone elses pack it works like new....

I have a coleman, similar to yours. The batteries are junk. Didn't even make one fill fresh off a charge. I took the pack down to the local Batteries Plus. They rebuilt the pack with sanyo cells and it works great now. The manager is an rc guy so that helps.

This web site still lists the original Vector compressor, its cheap enough to buy a whole new one with the pack.I bought mine from here and its the 260psi model.

Ya know...it's powered by a small 12V PB battery. You can get a replacement from Batteries plus for less than $30 bucks. That being said...Craftsman makes one about a million times better...and it's only $39 bucks.

I have both BTW...
