Well i am kind of happy, my bandit is finally in its base coat white. Sunbursts and colors to follow tomorrow. Will be a Corona scheme with a lovely lady on the tail. Heres some pix from the booth today.

The full pic of the jet is a photoshopped version of Harley's SBB that i used for the genral sunburst pattern and line placement. The tanks arent orange! and the lettering is a more agressive script. Also, the yellow will be more rustic, alot like...well.....Corona. Hope to post more pix soon. Nick

Jerry Caudle (Pro-Mark Graphics) has all of the vinyl spraymasks for the lettering.

Looking good Nick and I can't wait to see the yellow and letters (not to mention the Corona Gal). Is that the blue I suggested? I bought some for the Gripen (only $107 a pint).

No Jim it is a custom mix to match the corona decals i have. Its friggin awesome, almost black! Estimated date is....i dunno, with the holidays coming up. I would say i have a few weeks of on/off install to go. Hoping by the beginning of 2009. Maybe it's maiden flight will make up for the fact that Obama is my new president[:'(] Take it easy bud

Corona blue......Hmmm.....

I just checked the fridge and the Corona bottle has blue on it. Never noticed that before. Guess I was always just blinded by the gold inside.

Do you think you might bring it to Speedworld? I'm doubting Obama will be there.

Speedworld, dont think i will be there, wish i could but i am taking mama to Hawaii for her first time and we will be there for a week and a half. Gotta save leave.

Don't know who you've been talking to, but I hear Barack was about half way through a scratch build C-5 as of last year. Maybe you can finish it for him as he'll be busy otherwise for a while

Looks awesome! I have always liked the beer schemes. I was going to do a Newcastle scheme someday on a sport plane. I was going to use stars heavy and logo the tail.
