Default Will there be a P180SX?

Does anyone know if the JetCat 180 will follow in the 160 footsteps and become a P180SX?

Well, with all the new generation engines around/coming up like the Merlin 170, JC Mammoth and reworked Behotec 180, I believe that they will have to do something.
However, a SX version of the 180 will need a lot re-designing to come up with a lighter engine. It would have to be significantly smaller than the current 180.
A completely redesigned compressor would certainly achieve this goal...

Knowing you, a comment like that means you know, so is there or not?

Why do you want to change engine ? 160 is not enough?

JP,

It's 'enough' but not enough for things like great big loops etc.

I need a new 160 so thought I could take the 160 out of the Hawk and put a 180/200 in there.

Plus, I have a few other bits and bobs to go in/on over the winter so could do with a bit more grunt.

Cheers,
Mark
