FlyEagle AT-3. Does anybody have one?
Tried a search on this one to find out what its like, but nobody seems to have built or flown one.
There is a Red and White one available at a good price, but wanted to here from those who have built and flown one.
If you can help, drop me an email.
Thanks
Peter

Hi,
I just finished mine....Waiting to maiden....But the weather just will not cooperate!! Power is a Simjet 3000...
Overall quality is excellent. I have the red, white one with all armament, cockpit, etc......Raelly cheesy looking pilots which I used the pilots from Skymaster...

Chad, the radio deck is lite ply painted with spatter paint. I use it a lot. just spray with gray primer first and then the spatter paint as the spatter paint will build up quickley. One quick spray and you get the look you want.
Rich, Yes you see tank fittings. I won't build a jet without these anymore. They are great. I have a set for my F-18 when I get started on it also. Here is a photo of them installed in Eric Clapps F-86

Hmmm, A couple of great looking planes with no flight reports I can find.
I have one on the way (Hopefully it will be leaving TBM today). I'm going to power mine with a JetCat Titan SE. Hopefully enough power for 5000 ft altitude.
I see the SimJet powered one listed here and Bill's one looks to be Jet Central powered. Anyone else use the Titan for power on this jet?
What's everyone using for servo's? Any issues with the retracts or gear door air cylinders leaking air? (I have the FEJ Rafale and the air ram cylinders slowly leak air)
Looking forward to getting this one in the air (Hopefully for our next Jet Rally in a couple of moths).

Hi All,
I have heard rumors of at least one AT-3 being maidened or scheduled to be maidened this week.
I was wondering if any of these maidens have taken place yet? How'd they fly?
Mine is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday by the Big Brown Dude. Just finished making room on my building table for this beasty so am ready and looking forward to getting my first glimpse of it.

RE: FlyEagle AT-3. Does anybody have one?
Hi All, i now have 6 flights on my AT3,and i am happy to say it fly,s well with no vices, all control surfaces set as per manual,i have done no modifercations what so ever except that i only fitted one JR8711 to the elevator as i consider 2 to be well over the top, batterys are in the engine compartment as it was nose heavy with no batterys fitted, power is a Jet Central RHINO i think that it would struggle on a 120 dry weight came out at 35lbs regards Keith i have writtern a review on the model soon to be in jet mag R C Jet International
