Kasper:
Rabbit performs quite nicely with a turbine pipe @ 75mm. 80mm will be just fine. Distance from nozzle to entrance of the metal pipe shoudl be 25 mm with a minimum of 20 mm.
Any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Peter:
FOD not available thru Jet Central at this time for our turbines.
Revert to the "sink strainer" method from your local Marts or hardware store. Look for the larger mesh in your search.
Thanks for your question

Hi Eric
Thought I read somewhere that the ideal diameter was 65mm. Am I wrong?
When manufacturers state the diameter it is always the outside, right?

I have several (~15) FOD screens available now to suite the Falcon, Eagle and Rhino, i'll shoot some to you asap. Will hopefully have some for the Bee and Rabbit shortly.
Do you have an inlet size, outer case size and starter OD for the Mamoth as yet? I will then be able to do some calcs to determine mesh size, OD etc....
Cheers,
Smithy.
