Default Tables/work bench

what I am looking for are a few different pics of some tables. Our club is going to build a few startup tables for the pit area and I can not find any good pic for ideas.

these tables would be for starting everything from glow to gas and turbines.....

thanks

mark

Tha AMA has plans for tables, they look just like teh ones posted by Wayne.
Our club built several two years ago. Simple, useful and cheap.
Check with them.

Can anyone tell me where I might be able to locate these plans?

Thanks in advance.

We have those stands at both of the clubs I belong to but they're too small for anything over 28% and wouldn't work for most turbines. JMO

For work benches we have large tables with metal tops. We have those start up tables at my club and as afterburner said they aren't for really large planes. But then you're not likely to be lifting large planes on and off of tables for starting anyway. We also have the larger size for 1/4 scale but there have been reports of larger planes tipping the tables over when throttled up. Ours have wheels on the front so they can be moved easily for mowing and the larger planes, ie. 28%, will get the tables rolling on asphalt. So, some type of spike or weight or something in the back should make them more stable. Make them out of treated lumber or they will rot quickly even if painted.
