I believe Ray is going to keep the preferred weekend the weekend after Labor Day, but I would check with him to make sure. His work number is 207-797-5196.

Whatever date this event falls on i know the guys from NY and NJ will be there. This is one event that i will always attend no matter what else is going on in the hobby.
friendly atmosphere, good food, great facility and lots of open airspace!

But, don't look at the "Latest Event Schedule" under "What's New" as it's still showing the 2008 event list (as of the date of this message.)
Click on "News & Events" in the main menu bar at the top and scroll down the "Event List".
