This is my first jet. A PST Panther with a P-80 just about ready to fly. I want to thank Mike Kirby and Phillip Madison for their help in setting it up. I've been flying for 20 years mostly GS. This has been a lot of fun learning the new technology and systems. Starting it the first time was a real thrill. It's been a long time since I've had this much anticipation in flying a new plane. Flying this plane reminds me of the earlier days in the hobby when test flying the first flight was a knee shaker. After many years in GS planes I've lost that thrill. It just goes to show you that every once in a while you need to shake things up and try something new. Now to get that pesky jet waiver behind me in time to fly with you guys at the Blue Grass Jet Jam in Ky. this June and hopefully at some of the others. Dennis

Hi Dennis,
Congrats and good luck with the waiver (it is really pretty easy to get). Anyway if you need any help with the turbine feel free to write.
Bob and I are thinking hard about going to Kentucky Jets. Kentucky Jets is looking to be the next Superman from what I am hearing.
(wish I could go to the Bowling Green event, I am from Hendersonville, TN)
Anyway, good luck and have fun, it is very addictive!
