WHERE WAS US MICRO JETS AKA AMTUSA
WELL INQUIRING MINDS ARE WANTING TO KNOW WHY THERE WAS NO SUPPORT AT FLORIDA JETS
THEY TOOK OVER AMTUSA BUT HAVE NOT GOT ANY SUPPORT FROM THEM?
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THEM?
OH AND WHY DID THEY NOT CHIME IN ON THAT OTHER THREAD

AMT "across the pond" was well representd. Maybe AMTUSA / US MicroJet couldn't afford to come all the way from southern Ohio ?!?!?!?!?!

we all know there was no take over. I believe it was just a name change, kinda like going from "mongoose" to "viper"
Same players just a new name.
I think part of the problem is they have bean counters. They don't seem to make their money in the model turbine world. It sucks for us but that's the way it is for now. I hope it changes as their engines are great running engines. We just need some support/ repair from time to time. Maybe John will chime in.

I have been told by crediable sources that USMJ is selling engines to the military for the same price or nearly the same price as they do to or did to the R/C jet hobby. If that is true with all the support involved, how bad a business deal is that??? No wonder they can't support their R/C jet hobby products, as well as other comitments.

If you could sell an engine- without an ecu, not worry about a repair, (they usually get blown up). And their customers are not blasting them in some crybaby forum, who would you rather sell to?
I'm not here to defend them, I've had an issue or two along the way. But I chose to talk to them and not cry here.
I hope the support improves too. We will just have to wait and see.
