Just thought I would post a couple pics of my buddie's Enforcer that I just finished building for him! For anyone wanting to get into DF aircraft, this plane is probably the easiest and definitely cheapest way to do it!
This particular plane has an OS .91 and Robart retracts.
My buddy calls this plane "Mooooovin' "and I think you can probably figure out why!

Do you guys live on a farm? The spots on the Moooooven Enforcer sorta look like the Holstein (No relation) cattle we had, when I lived on the farm as a kid!

Hehehe! Actually no, neither my buddy or myself live on a farm. I do live in an area that has a lot of farming going on, but I try to stay away from that!
I actually just took a guess on the pattern after seeing a cow on my way to work one morning!
I like things a little different!
Hmmm, I wonder if anyone would be brave enough to paint their Kangaroo or Hot Spot in this way!???
Even the pilot is a little cow as well!

Looks Udderly great, lol, let us know how it flies. I have one under construction. Here is a picture of the progress.

I'll let ya's know how it mooooovs out! I have one of my own with a .77 on it and it mooooves pretty good!

these are truly the coolest sport planes. It moooooooooooves at full throttle, and will slow down as slow as its prop counter part. Although it can hover in a light wind , its hard sinse there is no prop wash on the elev. Mine takes off in 100-125ft and and has no bad habits. I've even let no jet people fly it( at mid throttle) as it cruises.

Combat Byro-Blaster Enforcers......hhhmmmmmm, thats an idea. You could pull up behind someone and suck their streamer off. LOL. Not really, the Gremmie is in for a new wing. Good looking Enforcer you have there, and at 7.5 lbs., it must be a rocket. I'm putting an OS.77 in mine. I didn't do retracts, I fly off rough grass and don't need the extra hassle, this is going to be my everyday sport jet.

Do you guys think it would be easy or difficult to retro fit an already built Enforcer thats fixed gear and prop driven to the Byrojet powered with retracts. Any thoughts. Thanks.

It would be tough to retrofit an already built Enforcer. Building requires modification to the spars, replacing a balsa one with spruce, modifications to the ribs, and fuselage. It would in my opinoin, be easier to build a new one.

Hmmm, it might be a little tricky but I think it could be done. The pod wouldn't be to hard except where it is sitting in the wing is sheeted with ply. I'll take a good look at mine and see what I might be able to tell you butI definietly think it could be done.

Hi,I am enjoying to fly my Enforcer with Wren Turbine Engine MW54N.
It flies great and really fast and fantastic. Every manuvera are just alright and quite tamed.

I had 40oz dubro tank and small hopper tank. I tuned the engine with Orbitronics ECU with manual start. Every time starts perfect. Already more than 40 sorties in the riverside grass runway just in front of many mania and gallery. Everybody could not shut the mouth hehe.

Please let me advise to anyone who wants to get my experience.
I am building now F-14 from scratch 1/10th scale based on Hobby Barn plan. It is going well and finished swing wing system.

I am going to put twin turbine engines on this plane for the exciting speed.

Good luck to anyone who get Enforcer. It is really nice trainer!!

How much does your MW-54 powered Enforcer wiegh in at?
As for the retro fitting an already built Enforcer, a new kit would be the way to go. Especially when the price is very reasonable!

Hi, Myles,

My Enforcer has weight around 5 kg dry and 5.5-7kg wet.
The MW54N has around 4.5kg-5kg thrust. I measured it by spring scale on the ground, thus it might slightly more upto 5kg.

I would recommend to start by new kit if you wish to build Turbine Trainer, because the kit from Balsa USA is quite cheap around 100 bucks only. Covered it by Monocote and Urethane clear.

I did all planking for the safely of high speed but try to keep the elevon tight without slop. I put two JR digital servos and quite good in control.

In low pass with maximun rpm of 160,000, it looks too fast to chase it even by eye hehehe! It flies like bullet.

I decided to re-design fuselage to make more room for fuel tank of Dubro 40oz. and some mechanical retracts. Also I made nose a little longer for nose gear and room for electronics. However, I did faithfully keep the elevon as guided in manual.

Actually I'm not planning on building a turbine powered one, at least not yet anyway!
What I did start last year was blowing the plane up 150% for use with twin Byro setups. The span is about 72 inches I remember correctly. Then I got thinking about if it had a single turbine on it instead. Of course I can't afford any type of turbine but I thought about maybe trying it anyway and then if a turbine was to come into my future someday, I would be ready for it.
I thought it was a pretty cool idea and I may still go ahead with it. I already have the fuse sides cut out from door skin ply, and one of the double fan formers made. Of course I wouldn't need them for a turbine model, but still good to have them just in case I do the twin DF.

That's a great looking Enforcer. I can see why the crowds would be wowed. Be sure to post pics of your F-14, as that sounds good too.

A twin DF Enforcer would be an awesome sight. Are you going to mount the fans right next to each other or spread them out more? A turbine would be nice, if you can afford the price.

Dave, the fans are side by side plus the plane is big enough that I can have round intakes come up on each side of the fuse, to the end of the pipes. I think it would look very cool!
Oh, and I was think of tilting the vertical fins outwards at the top a bit, just so it could have a kind of "stealth" plane look to it!

Nope - the credit goes to Dennis Strege and Ivan Shomer as the duo that came up with the retrofit. Aside from that, I'm pretty sure I am near the top of the "high time" big dog list tho :bananahea

The "trainer" aspect of that package is somewhat misleading - since it's a delta, if you don't watch the energy level with that jet it will kick your ***** in a heartbeat; you just have to stay ahead of it if you get it slow in a corner.
