While building my AFS BVM Mig15, I accidentally and stupidly put my foot through the right wing (Lesson Learnt: Don't leave your wings on the floor or learn ballet ). Anyway, it was irreparable. Since it's no longer being made, I thought I would have to cancel the build (bummer!) I then called Bob Violett and told him of my predicament. Bob took the call personally and told me he'd get back to me. Three days later, I received a call from Patty at BVM telling me that Bob had found a right wing for my Mig. I bought the wing. How's that for customer service!!! Thanks BVM!!!

I to have spoke to Bob personally when I called with a question! BVM's customer service is second to none! Patty is very smart and nice as well
