Lets's try this again, my last message got lost in the shuffle.....
A guy at my field has been flying one of your hawks with DF and he wants to convert to turbine, I tell him I have seen your website say no turbines, but now I see the new ad says turbines OK?
Are these new Hawk ARFs different from the old ones?
Thanks in advance,

Matt,
No structural modification is required to the airframe for turbine installation. However, the consumer should not use greater than a 12 lb. thrust turbine in the Hawk. Truth is, it's only about 30 mph faster than with a .46VX D/F system and the dry weight turbine installation is only 1/2 lb. heavier. I noticed absolutely no difference in handling with the MW-54 turbine than with the D/F.
