Hey all,
Ihave a P-120 in the Cermark Viperjet, and want to know if flaps are necessary or even recommended for takeoff?
Iam aware of the fact that CROWfunction on landing helps immensely and have followed the Viperjet thread closely and have already dialed the CROWin per the specs Tam provided on the thread, but Itend not to use flaps on takeoff and a wiser more experienced modeler suggested Iask before my maiden.
Thanks,
Shaz

Can someone provide a link to the other thread ? - I've just got hold of one of these, and am on a quest to find as much info as I can.
I did have a look around, and found some threads, but couldn't see anything that said about how much crow to dialin.
I'm curious as to what servos people are using on rudder and elevator too, as I have a JR DS9401 (5kg) on rudder, and 2xJRDS3301's on elevator (4.1kg each), which is enough according to the manual, but I'm told I need more like a 10kg on the rudder ?
Cheers,
Darren
