I had the privilege of seeing Joe's A-10 in person. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Consider this
1. the A10 kit has a hatch on the top of the fuse which is unnoticeable on Joes A 10. Try finding the latch. See theattached picture showing the top of the fuse
2. He has put in 1000' of small screws in various sections of the fuse ...primarily the top. Each of the screws is weathered as are the rivets and screws molded in the kit.
the result is breathtaking. I can't even start to think about the effort that has gone to create the bird. I have yet to see such detail and true to scale work.

Joe, Please bring this one out west so we can get a good look! Next year we could have a SIX PACK of Hawgs in attendance at CA Jets. It'd have to be a world's first

Problem is, were do you go from here? With something so amazing, and breathtaking, it will be impossible to outdo this piece of art. Nothing looks better than an A-10 full tilt. EXCELLENT job, and I am glad to see it does fly.

Here's a video a friend of mine shot last weekend at MVJS in Tecumseh, NE.

Hey Joe,
You're still a SICK$%^$%#@.....LOL... Only you would put that amazing airwork inside the ladder bay!!! GREATJOB, as usual. Wish I could see it in person. I just received the A-10 wings. I'll be making the deceleron parts next week. Give me a call, it's been a while.

Saw this in person at Missouri Valley. I took some of the pics being posted here, attached is a higher resolution version of the "ladder." Joe's plane is hands down the best RC plane I think I've ever seen. The level of detail was simply amazing. Every time I looked at the plane, I saw a new detail I never noticed before. When it was in the air, it looked and sounded as real as I can imagine without having the real A-10 there.
