I recently received the plans and a short kit for the Turbinator 44. I haven't seen any pictures of the 44 and very few of the full size Turbinator. I was wondering how many of either of them are flying and if anyone would be willing to post some pictures? I don't think I have ever seen any at jet fly-ins that I can remember.
It looks like it will be a very docile plane to fly but it is not an ARF and is somewhat complicated to build. I am just wondering if this is why you don't see many of them.

K12rc I have seen those pictures of your plane on the 2008 thread but those about the only ones I can find. It just doesn't seem to be a very popular plane. I can't find any pictures of any at fly-ins.
Is yours a 44 or the regular size?

Hal,
You won't see many of this jet or any of a jet that you have to build. ARF's killed the need for building skills for some in this hobby. It's a shame too. It will be worth the time to build. Keith that answered your post built a beauty of a turb and it will fly like a dream. Another is a Jet Mach 60 and there sport. Building is still good for some of us in this size class. There are one or two turbine trainer ARF's out there but the drawback with them is once you have bought the kit, they will not sell you parts for it when you need them. Good luck and when you start your build, give us some photo's.
