Comp Arf Flash wheel issues

I've read the entire the thread on this jet. This weekend I had a wheel depart the rim on landing...common problem since they're not bolted to the rims. I bought some rubber CA and glued it back on but I'm looking for a better solution. Has anyone used BVM 3" wheels and brakes with the stock Behotec struts that come with the Flash?
Also, looking for alternate main retract solutions...the Behotec units have a tone of slop when retracted. Looking for a drop in replacement without having to reengineer the gear mounts. Any suggestions welcomed!

i think because of the long strait struts and the heavy wheels and brakes both your trunion blocks had it..
i suggest get spare parts.
exchange the struts for trailing ones
exchange bolt and trunionblock for a 8mm hole size one.
exchange the wheels for softer ones and dont run off the rim..

Intairco, for a short period of time, changed manufacturers of his tires. This manufacturer used too soft a durometer for the rubber which allows the tire to expand during high speed rotation and leave the rim.
This issue has since been resolved and the new tires are back to the correct durometer.
Dreamworks is now offering a free tire replacement service on all intairco wheels. Simply mail your wheels to us, we will change the tires and service the rims, customer only pays for the replacement rubber. For wheels purchased with the defective durometer tires (regardless who you got them from), we will replace the tires for free as well, you just pay the return freight fee.
As for the landing gear, We offer the Pro-Link gear package for the Flash that requires very little modification to install. Only some minor widening of the retract pocket for a perfect fit. Of course, we also offer pin mount replacement struts if you wish to stick with the stock Behotec retracts.
Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
Todd
