Dreamworks Model Products - Another Complement

Its amazing how fast these guys are. Their online ordering system is the most efficient I have ever seen. I placed an order online last night. The same night I get automatic confirmation that my order has been entered. This morning at around 8:57am I get confirmation that my order has shipped. This is how their system works for every order I have placed. Occasionally, they have a backordered item and in these cases they will automatically (same day) refund your money. Its refreshing to buy from a company that is ran so efficiently.

Issues? Um - I have ordered something from Todd and it has shipped either the same day or the next day every time...hey Jackson - maybe you can elaborate instead of just saying you guys have had better luck than me........***???

Whether it be shipping, answering questions, technical support issues or replacing/repairing parts for the products made by Dreamworks..Todd is superb to deal with. The best experience I have had thus far with any other dealer/ hobby shop.

Whenever I need something I check Dreamworks first. On a very rare occasion he doesn't stock it. Typically he has what I need and the service, as most have stated, has always been top notch.

Todd and Linda get items out their door and to yours quickly.
I just received my Pro-Link struts for a jet, there was mistake from his vendor with his ordered stock.. Todd noticed this (not his fault) and when the correct size stock arrived he sent it to me 2nd Day Air at no extra charge.
** If DreamWorks doesn't have it, they will get it for you... If they can't get it, you don't need it

Shok, You kill me dude!!! Ha. Ha. I'll tell ya about Todd. I don't care if someone else has something a few bucks cheaper, they are not gonna beat his service and support. Thats the name of the game for me. There are companys out there that will not sell you a part for your jet if you need it. You have to buy most of the intire kit just to get the one part you need. todd is a one stop show. I'm sure Murphys law has hit a few of ya with one of his orders but you will not find anyone that will fix it faster than todd. Later.

Excellent service over the last few years. Always very helpful on inquiries and fast as everyone else has already said. The online ordering service is excellent and very easy to use. First choice for most parts. International service Excellent +.

As already said, he's my first stop for jet specific stuff. If he doesnt have it, he probly has something better! I've placed an order late in the afternoon (like 4pm) and forgotten a few things, so put in another order immediately after fully expecting to pay shipping for the seperate orders.. And low an behold, i get an email saying both orders were combined and the shipping cost from the 2nd order would be refunded AND to top it all of, by the time i got the 2nd order in, it STILL went out the same day. The service and support is by far some of the best, If not THE best in the hobby.
