Jets Over Whidbey Roll Call
We're only 3.5 weeks out for Jets Over Whidbey (JOW) on Aug 28 - 30. Any questions please contact CD Al Watson at 425-746-9519 or Asst. CD Bob Brusa at 360-874-1517. If you prefer E-Mail - Al's is [email protected] and Bob's is [email protected]. Flyer for the event is attached for additional information. Website reference on flyer is not very helpful. So let us know who plans on attending.

I am back in town and will get some rest so I can be there. Kentucky Jets was a blast and I plan on going back. May have another trip out the weekend before but should be back for the event. Looking forward to it.

Hey Guys,
looking forward to seeing you all again in 2 weeks! After a minor incident in 07' and just spectating in 08', I'm looking forward to getting some air time with the rest of you again this year. Hope to bring my trusty old HotSpot and an F-16 this time around.
Does anyone know if there's a decent supply of Kerosene in Oak Harbour and what the going rate is? I'd rather pick it up local vs hauling it all down again.
See you bright and early Friday morning!

The Navy is using the field for carrier practice Thursday so the field won't be open for JOW until Friday.
I'm hoping to be flying backseat Thursday though.......maybe some of you can park on the road and get some pics. I'll let you know if I'm flying.

Just a reminder, don't forget to bring your turbine letter. See you at the end of the week.

Hi Chris,
Looking forward to seeing all you guys again. Things are all set up here so we should have a good meet - weather looks good so lets hope it stays that way.

I keep it ready to go in my transmitter case, however, I checked the other day to make sure it was still there.
Hate to get there and not be able to fly.
Of course, I'll also remember to bring the correct wings to fit the aircraft (I'll let the pilot own up to that one if he cares too)

Hi Paul,
I will be flying the King Cat this time and I think I got the Princeton problem solved - the King Cat wings are already in the van! See you at Whidbey.

Oh come on.. SweetPea01... The impossible is no excuse.. LOL..
Hey, it's all about just getting together and sharing the experience. It will be cool just to see the F-16 if only for display. I can't wait...
So which version is that? Skymaster, Flyeagle?
Chris
