Hi,

Anton just completed the maiden flight on the A10.

It was very dramatical with 1 engine flame out on take off!! But still the a10 kept flying with only 1 x K80E engine running. This was very incouraging to see and might set at easy some fears some customers may have regarding twins in general.

The prototype produced by R&D over 20Kg. But Anton convinced that it will be under 20Kg once produced by production facility.

Another 3 flights with both turbines running perfectly were completed. Model will now go back to R&D for scale details and final moulding.

Excellent flying Anton of 160m runway.

Regards

Morne

Hi, all

I just finished the the test flight the A-10 again, we will starting make the all scale details with penalline and rivets for A-10... I hope get the scale Landing gear from Likai as soon,

and the prototype of A-10 not an ARF PLUS version, the dry weight over 24kg (53lbs), I estimate the ARf PLUS Pro version will be under 20kg,,

ORIGINAL: CraigG

Looks like that size should keep it under 55lbs.
the prototype of A-10 was little heavy ( 24kg / 53lbs dry weight),

when we products by ARF PLUS technologies that I hope the ARF PLUS A-10 wil be under 20kg (45lbs) dry weight , ....

Yes, being a true to scale fanatic of the A10, those look nice. Are the actuators going to be operable or for looks? Will you be doing some scale rims for it?

I guess after lookin at the rims a little better, i noticed the opposite side of the front with the spokes. Is that a cover? Mains look good.

Hi, all

when I see thousands of extrude rivets for the A-10, I think it's a mission impossible!!

But I think everything is worth for the rivets and details which took about 2 months time when the Mould is finished.

hope get the A-10 first product as soon.,

Best Regards

Anton
