Hi guys,
Last weekend one of the main undercarriage dampening cylinders started collapsing on my F-104. On all other models this is normally easy to sort out - simply pressurise with air and if required do the complete oil/air bleeding service via the brass valve. Well all that came to nothing as 10 minutes later the cylinder again had no pressure. The oil just leak out. As the cylinder is sealed I don't want to damage it trying to open and check the seals - does anyone know how these cylinders are serviced and checked.
Thank you,
JanR

I wish skymaster would do some stuff that can take the smaller turbines. 90 and lower. I'd make the jump from piston to turbine, for sure, then.
