The EMS unit is the switch, you don't need another one. It's just a switch that is controlled by you transmitter. Like I said before it replaces the servo+mechanical switch you were proposing. It works like a relay.

Obviously the switch would have to be in-line between the battery and pump. The switch is also connected to the receiver to control the on/off function. If you are interested in using it I suggest you contact EMS for a schematic or additional information.
