Default F-7 Cutlass available now

Just a quick message to let you guys know the F-7 Cutlass is now available here:

Introductory price is $579

The kit is all composite and for now will come in grey primer.
Not a lot of work to do to get it ready.
Add fins, outer wing panels and do the basic setups.
Painting in the mold might be available in the future.

Kits will all be made to order and are high quality glass work done by Tom Dupont.
A 90mm electric version should be available soon as well.

SPECS:
Wing span 42.5"
Weight 9-10 lbs
Length 42.5"
Turbine 7-10 lbs thrust

Kerry not 100% sure but I think the mains are Robart 555's and the nose is a 550

Tom can confirm today.

The pipe is needed and the one we used is from Wren

Tom, sez the approx size of the pipe is 2" dia double walled, 9" long

the 4 tanks together give close to 40oz
that was good for about 7 minutes on the 7lbs wren 44

Jeff not sure.
Basically all that has to be done is an adapter for the intake.

Should not be long. Maybe you can talk Tom into an advance copy

Yes David there is.

It is a redesigned version of the exisitng 1200 but now utilizes the larger 608 (22mm) bearings (same as used in ALL our other Turbines form the 2300 > 3600 NEXUS) and the GASPAR 605 Electronics. Rated @ 14# thrust.

There has been no change in its physical size and still maintains their well known throttle response and fuel economy. My older 1200 which I will be useing in my F7U, repeatedly operates on 4.2 oz. /min @ 50% thottle setting.

In my FACET-1200 airframe (600 sq. in. x 12# wet) we can get 10 > 11 minute flights on 56 oz.

And yes....I have them in stock.
