First P200 Sx Runs in the UK, and not on a plane!
It was about two weeks ago that on the same day I took my new Jet Cat P200 Sx home to start fitting it to a new toy I had the call from a production company that I had worked with a few times before.
The presenter of a popular Uk TV show called "The Gadget Show"http://fwd.five.tv/gadget-show
Jason Bradbury who I had worked with on a few occasions with in the past had asked for my help in completing a pet project of his as part of an up and coming episode.
The idea was that Jason wanted to complete the trilogy of his own design hover-board in style. Previous attempts had seen him attach a singe leaf blower to a ply board and inflate a simple skirt in order to elevate the board from the ground. The final design was similar in design just a bit more advanced in construction and it had to feature a means of propulsion. As design 1 and 2 were both un powered. Thats where the P200SX and I came in. To cut a long story short I have spent the past 5 days working with an amazing engineering firm in Suffolk here in the UK called Parish engineering. Two engineers and I took two days to design and construct the board and then another two days of testing before we let the presenter loose on it.
Enough talk for now. I will let the show ( Aired here in the UK in two weeks from next Monday 23rd of November) explain how we got on. In summary it was an amazing few days that I will always remember. Now for some photos

The Gadget Show is one of the only worth watching shows on our TV's at the moment, shame it was Jason you were working with though.
