Wow! Exciting! Makes starting my Wren soooo boring.

In the interest of saving this guy and his family, we should get together and send him a good SuperBee or P60 before he causes bodily harm to himself or others.
I admire his tenacity but his procedures appear to me as a bit dangerous maybe?

Same engine, I recognised it from a Dutch turbine forum...

This engine belongs to Gerald Rutten, a Dutch turbine homebuilder who got this KJ66-type body to deliver 18kg's of static thrust.

I know nothing about rc jets, but I'm sure most of them don't burst into flames. I'm also pretty sure it's a bad idea to fire them up INDOORS.
