that looks about right amigo. on my Yellow Twin the leading edge of the stab is placed near the bottom of the formation light, similar to yours. assuming the mold makers got it fairly close i think you'll be good to go with this neutral setting.

The easiest way to establish neutral is to use an incidence meter and wing bar, set it to zero on the wing and then set the elevator to about one deg positive, that should give you a safe trim to at least maiden it on.
