Default 52lb thrust PST engine??

I was reading through an issue of RCJI where David Gladwin was reviewing the PST 1600 and it was mentioned that a new 240N (52lb thrust) engine will be coming out soon. Is there any other info on this engine? Size, weight, PRICE????
Very interesting!!!

Hi David,
I was looking on their site, couldnt' find anything about that one. I've owned 4 PST's and never had an issue with any of them, 2 600's and 2 1300's. Still have one 1300 right now. I would be all over a 52lb'er if the size weight and price is right!

The PST engines are really excellent, I still have 2 600Rs and two 1300 rs and the 1600 was a very impressive engine, particularly with the Xicoy ECU which gave very rapid starts and superb throttling.

I guess they will announce it on their site asap but in the meantime Kraiviuth will probably update.

Regards,

David.

Hi David,
The 23 kg engine is in final testing. We should have something on it shortly.

Unfortunately, no one currently. You have to send it back to Thailand, which I have done for my 600R's and 1300R. If I can, I send them during the winter as it can take up to 3 weeks for turnaround. Shipping can take a week both ways but they are quick in the shop, less than a week.
