Default Skygate Hawk - flap assembly help required.

Wanted to pick some brains please.
I am building an SG Hawk and have started the wing assembly, flaps in particular, and have come across a small problem.

The flap horns differ from those shown in the Skygate picture disc, the shapes are slightly different, more importantly the lugs on the wing horn seem to be in the wrong location to line up with the marks provided on the wing skin. If the tabs are lined up the horn position on the flap itself ends up way further inboard than shown, if I move the flap horns to the position shown the wing horn ends up further inboard than the panel line shows for the covers to fit. I have attached a pic of the horns in question, there are also some other small shape differences than those shown so any help, measurements or pics would be really appreciated
