Todd loves Tangos. I have a vid of his crashing. He was not well pleased.
Mine ended up the same way.

LOL.... Yes, unless the booms have been lengthened, it is not a very happy aircraft. Certain angles of attack will blank out the stab [X(]

I am actually thinking instead of extending the booms to just extend the elevator length by one inch do you thing it will solve the issue of stalling?

Hi
I have been flying Tango imported by Modellbau USA. It is powered with a Jet Central Super Bee. It now has over 300 flights and has just undergone a refurbishing to replace servo leads and such. We fly it with a crow setup for landings and have no issues with its flying characteristics

The Tango V2 is a great jet. I put about 500 flights on mine before I sold it and it's still going strong. Two years ago at Florida Jets...on the Friday where the winds were 90 degree crosswinds and over 30 MPH...what was the jet most up in the air? The mighty Tango! When the wind was at it's worst...and no one would fly...Johnny Hernandez, Jed Jacobson and myself took up my Tango...5 times that day...having the time of out lives. Frank even gave both Jed and myself free banquet tickets for flying.
The Tango is a great trainer...I would recommend it to anyone. Last week I was down at Markham and saw a guy flying a Tango with a Rabbit in it! I think he did 6 flights while I was there. Man...that thing really goes!

Longer booms should help. Mine went into a spiral dive from high up. nothing I did with the controls or throttle made any difference.
