Default Jet Tronics sequencer set up.

I am upgrading my gear/door system on my jet. I will be using a Jet Tronics sequencer . My current set up uses two servos , 2 valves and 2 switches on my TX to actuate the doors and gear. The servo throws are about 1/4 inch , as per valve instructions . Do I leave the servo throws on my TX as is or do I set them back to 100% and make the adjustments on the J T sequencer.
Thanks

Your servos can be adjusted on the JT sequencer, the settings on your TX will no longer be active.
