I can assure you this is not common busisnes for Skymaster USA, the factory in China seems to be backed up, I can understand your frustration, hang in there.

I heard something about the Chinese New Year is happening around this time and everything shuts down for a couple weeks there. I too can understand your frustration though.

FYI
Skymaster is on their New Year holiday break. They will return to the factory around mid Feb.
I will still be able to process all orders and get them in the queue for production.
