Shaz,
I was looking for some detail images the other day and found these:

http://www.primeportal.net/hangar/lu...tor_walk_2.htm
There are some pretty good shots of the dash in there.

RE: CARF CT-114 Tutor 2.6m Build thread
I have noticed 3/32 play in my right elevator. The play is not coming from play in the servo or linkage.
It appears to be coming from the wire in the hinge in the inboard side. The wire might be slightly undersized for the hole in the hinge.
It does concern me somewhat, so I am asking those flying the Tutor if you are seeing the same situation and if so how much movement are you getting.
I do not have many flights on my Tutor only 13 so I don't believe it is a wear problem at this point.
Thanks for checking.
Stan

So its got worse?
If you take the elevator off and thread the wire through the hinge blades on the tailplane, is there free movement of the rod? If so you could bush with plastic tube. Like I said before I've not seen this much play on any of ours.

No it is still the same. Only 13 flights so far.
I am going to have to fix it I realize that.
My personal feeling is that 3/32 might be pushing the limit.
Curious if this is a problem with some of the other Tutors out there.
As always thanks for your quick response.

I think more the better, but 20mm take off and 70mm Landing measured at root TE is my manual figures.

What size servo arms are needed for the flaps, ailerons, rudder, and elevator? I don't have the plane with me to check and I need to order aluminum arms.
Thanks!
Thanks!
