Are there any turbine friendly fields in the Charlotte, NC area? The company I work for is moving it's corporate office to Charlotte and I will be spending some time there over the next few months.

There is a field in Huntersville NC owned by the county, on a landfill. I has a 300-400 ft paved runway. It is run by the Flying Aces Pilots Association, you can google it. I know of one guy that used to fly his turbine regularly there but he was the only one.

there are two field jet friendly close but not in Charlotte ccrc in high point and rams in king if interested pm me ill fill you in
