Hi is anyone else having trouble reaching Skymaster, have sent them a couple of emails regarding missing items from my Hawk order but No Reply within the last 2 weeks. I know it was the new year and they were closed for a couple of weeks. Anyone know.

Oh....  no wonder.  I've sent inquiries their way on the 1/8 F16 kits and a little disappointed on the response time from them..... 

Hi Wichet, I find dealing through Als Hobbies much easier when it comes to SM as he normally gets a quick response being a distributor and will go out of his way to help.

Having said that I think the Jet part of Als Hobbies are all in Florida so you may have to wait until FJ is over.

Thanks, and yes I am away in Florida but still taking emails and the guys in the store are on hand to ship out orders without delay. Funny enough I just had an email from the Skymaster Factory telling me that my next batch of its just left today.
