Hi there, fast growing jet family in cyprus, met this week on lady's mile salt lake for food n fly,
of course we had to find a chef and we voted the well known to jet world mr.Christos Philotheou AKA cairoman as our chef of the day and i must admit he fullfilled our expectations. some pictures and .....more to follow on another post...

Roger, I wouldn't be too delighted. They are noisy when they see a runway, BBQ and eat all day long, go to shopping malls at midnight looking for more food, and fly and drive at the wrong side. LOL
Ask me how I know...

But... their warm hospitality is out of this world, and so you forgive them they woke you up the next morning at 5 AM to go to the clubfield (after you came back at 2 AM from the shopping mall)
Well, I can't complain. I have never been welcomed and picked up in my life by car on the tarmac next to the airplane, by a true gentleman like Christos !
(You even forgive him he is cursing to all other drivers all the way to your hotel !!)
