Default BVM Viper conversion to EVF5612

Ok I picked this thing up about 2 months ago and she is flying great! I know allot of the people here don't go to RCG so I figured I would put the build here also because allot of people got these old things in their attics and don't know what to do with them.

First I had to remove the old glow stuff and clean the fuselage. Next U upgraded the rudder linkage to a thin servo in the tail.

I used BVM electra control horns for all the flight surfaces and new digital servos. I then installed the fan which was a drop in fit and got the CG correct with the equipment installed. Here is a video of the maiden.

Next I got her all sanded down for paint. I found a crack in the left wing that I had to repair. So I took a die grinder and cut a slot into the wing then installed a carbon fiber blade spar and filled it all with hysol and re glassed the that area of the wing. Then got her painted.
