The helicopter is Cessna's foray into rotary wing flight, the CH-1. Never made it to production.

Well I am going to go out on a limb and say it since it has fixed gear that it is the Fly Eagle version of the Fairey FD 1-Scotty

That odd French bird seems to be the Payen Katy. Looks kinda like Pushy Galore's ugly sister.
