Just want to know what the max outside air temperature you can run a turbine in.

Well we run our turbines in our f-16s here at luke afb at around 130 dgress during the summer. My engine runs in the same heat. GTG, Nick

Thanks for that i have ran a turbine at around 40c with pressure ecu and we could not get a start without flames.Now converted to rpm ecu and hope it should be ok the engine has about 10 hrs of running.Max temp i have ran the turbine at was 35c without problems.

I did a few test flights on my new PA F-16 with the temps at 107d. The P-120 did its normal thing, the pilot was the only thing overheating!!
