Guys,

What is up with these guys? I have called over a dozen times and they do not answer the phone. I left two messages and they do not return them. I did get to talk to a sales girl on one call and she said she had never heard of a jet ECU interface they clearly list for sale as an option. I got the impression I was annoying her because I wanted to buy a system and had a question.

Are these people as completely incompetent and understaffed as they seem or am I missing something?

My experience has been prompt and accurate replies.

I dunno...I want to drop about $500 bucks with them and I'm getting the feeling they could care less. I'm glad their business is doing that well.

Does anyone else make a similar system?

I have had great experiences with them. They even replaced a unit I had crashed at no charge. They might be at a show or . . .

Oh...OK. Still no call back or response to email.
