Contact lowell he had one of these, fly eagles has all the info you need.

It's going to be just in front of the pivot point most likley. All swing wing aircraft are designed with the pivot point as close to the neutral point as possible, to prevent huge changes in trim when swinging the wings. Best would be to check with James at FEJ.
