Only make deals with Paypal or a credit card, something that will protect you against these people. NEVER send cash, check, money order, Western Union etc.. unless you know the person.

I sent his servos but was sent back to me after address error on 6-26-2010 I paid paypal to pay him...$200.00 is not worth it to me, and i kept in contact with him the entire time....hope u can be man enough to apologize for acting a fool...

better read the fine print with ebay and paypal. I lost 1400 dollars and the airlane thru them. SHippped the airplane aafter I received the paypal payment. The guy claimed it was never shipped , ebay says that I did nt use a certified shipper even though I had receiptthat the package arrived, they went in my account...waaallaaaa money gone, plane gone. Oh yea, it showed up on ebay last year......same guy. Never again with paypal or any company that has access to my account.....

yeah in the market place if the scammer is buddies with a particular marketplace moderator then said moderator will go in and remove your LEGITIMATE negative feedback on the scammers profile, and then delete any such forum post about the incident.........another perk of being a moderator??

I may not always agree with the moderators BUT...
It is a thankless job and it can be more trouble than I'm willing to accept.
