My Feedback: (6)
Okay I have a little conversion problem with the Euro to the USA dollar. I was looking at some Euro prices and this was one (not-R/C related) 158,92 Euros. The "XE" conversion tells me it is like $14,000? Yet if I look at something like at some R/C products like a transmitter that I know the price in American and it says it is 999,00 Euros I know they don't mean $88,000! So my question is, "is there two ways to write the Euro? could 270,00 mean (in one instance) $23,000 and (in a differant instance) $230? -Steve

Steve,
You are getting these figures because you use commas instead of "point". If you would ask the currency converter to convert 158.92 Euros and not 158,92 to U$, the dollar amount equivalent is $139.55. In Europe, we use comma for fractions of a unit, not point.
I hope this helps
