Madien my TBM DV8R
I Maiden my TBM DV8R this past weekend and all I can say is WOW. It really fly's great. Lands so slow and hit very high speeds as well. It has a JJ3000 30lbs thrust turbine and weighs in at 29lbs. Here is a short flight video that was taken of it.

RE: Madien my TBM DV8R
The second flight we pulled up the gear the let it fly faster. We got up to 3/4 throttle and pulled her straight up, It has unlimited vertical power and very, very fast in the straight away. But landings are a dream, pull the flaps down and she will float across the sky at about 18 to 20 mph.

RE: Madien my TBM DV8R
It sure will, I had a viper jet (Cermark) that weighted 34 pounds wet flying with a 22 pound thrust Turbine, it did really good, it flew around 3/4 on the throttle and fast, the only time that I noticed any lack of thrust was during the second CA Jets at the willow, very hot that day, I think I lost at least 2 pounds of thrust that day and she still flew fine just a bit under powered.

RE: Madien my TBM DV8R
Thanks Hooker. This scheme really shows up well in the air. I plan on taking this to the next turbine rally when it comes back by CA, Thanks again, Troy
