, Legs oke back a bit less . I did 7 layers in 5 hours and ended with peelply so 8 layers total. Also stopped in between to eet something.
The gellcoat and two other layers I did earlyer, also covered with peelply.

5 hours, thats nothing! The bottom center section mold of the F14 took 21 hours, start to finish!

In one run Thomas? your 14 needs big slices of cltoh haha, my 16 is a little tube compared with your's.

Yep, all one run. I think i went through around 50-60 yards of cloth for the fuselage mold

Haha. Yup! I could of bought a skymastee F14 and gotten it flying with the amount i have invested in mine so far.

The good news is, i only have the slat molds to do and the airframe is done, after that its all detail parts and molds.

We both have a lot of time in the projects but we can say we made it OUR SELVE! There are very few full alu sheeted jets on this planet .

I think with some tlc and sanding the final outcome of your's will look fantastic just like the real one.

Polled the fuse over, it's heavy . After the weekend I will open the mold .

That is the intention when all goe's right with testing etc etc, it can take a while.
