Whilst there is no guarantee as to the info below, I have obtained the following info about this property:

1st floor Flat
Registered Owner(s) : BURHAN CHOUDHURY and RUFIA CHOUDHURY of 57 Eric Street, London E3 4SR.

Does anyone recognise these names from this hobby?

They are the owners but they may have rented it out to a 3rd party.

Just some heads up info that may lead to a spring.

Hope someone gets busted!

Sorry this has happened Todd... hope you find recourse. I also hope this does not reflect on the shipping clerk. One thing for sure, the guy/guys might as well make a mantle piece out of these.

We really appreciate the help and support from the community.... ! Every little bit of info may help.

This is a tough nut for me to swallow and I feel compelled to somehow catch this lowlife POS. Unfortunately, I am not sure there is much I can do.
One of my friends/customer is retired FBI and is looking into this for me but even he is unsure there is much we can do from here.

The IP addresses for the transactions trace back to the same area as well. There must be a way to catch this guy???!!!

Unfortunately the IP address will only get you as far as the area proxy server. If you do a search for the IP address using 'active whois' it will give you the the IP owner i.e BT, Virgin, AOL etc.

Goodluck

When they are caught they should be subjected to the following:

i) taken accross to Todds for them to bake in the hot sun for a month
ii)then to Sandors to freeze their nuts off followed by a fast defrost cycle using the Jetcat 160's they stole
iii)then over to Caspers to be painted red and be made to stand in front of a raging bull with the biggest horns your eyes have ever seen

when thats all over they can be sent back to the good old UK where they will be excused from a length prison sentance engineered by an ambulance chasing solicitor who claims diminished responsibility. They can then sit back at their rent paid home on full benefits while they recoupe following a lengthy stretch in one of our best NHS hospitals.
At home they will be able to comit more fraud which when caught they will get a slap on the wrist and a £50 fine or an ASBO.

Me, i'd blow their rocks off as foon as they pressed the "PAY" button with someone elses card.

Lets hope these suckers are tracked down some time soon.

PS Can you tell ive been a victim of card fraud? Fortunately mine wase reimbursed.

Todd,

Had some feedback from the Met Police this evening.......

They can only take action when requested by your local police force - until that time, they have no directive to take any action as the fraud did not happen in this country.

So it looks like you need to get your local boys in blue to do some work on your behalf.

I once had to lock a dude up that scammed me here on RCU for a purchase.. Believe it or not, the FBI has an Internet Fraud department.....I wasnt the only person who had been scammed, so we all got in touch with the FBI and they were able to get in touch with Cambridge police... The dude was caught and locked up...I would say get with the FBI..that is what ended my ordeal.
