Small LCD voltage display units like the IC4 units that are no longer available. THey would read actual line voltage and WOULD NOT induce a load. They could be LCD or even better with bigger bling factor they could be mini LED segment / digital display. Cool colors like green or red.... I would but 4 right now if you had them available. Again, just copy what IC4 had and you would be golden! PLEASE and THANK YOU! |

How about some Kerosene compatible fuel tubing that will fit on the Larger Brass tubes that will allow clunks to actually flop around in the tank. I've tried the BVM stuff, but have never been able to get it on the larger brass tube's.

Love your stuff. I always wanted to see a fitting that uses bleed air from the turbine to fill/keep full the retract system. It would probably need a ball-check type valve coming from the turbine side and a pressure release to prevent over pressuring on the retract side. To avoid many of the temp issues, I am guessing we could drill & tap into the diffuser just past the compressor. I'll give you a week or two and start checking my mailbox. :) |

Ok... A few responses:
Cheaper hysol type epoxy - Will do some research but not sure we can find a better quality product for less money. more ready available, scale cockpits - Great idea but not practical from a manufacturing standpoint (every airframe has different sizing ) Dreamworks to use Paypal - ALREADY DO! bleed air from the turbine - Not Practical; turbine case pressure not enough to drive most gear anyway. Universal landing gear Toe-in/out measuring tool - Will consider 3-piece electric scale set for airframe balance - Will consider Injection molded strip piano hinges - Whats wrong with the Brass ones? fuel monitoring tool - Possible but difficult to do right and still be cost effective. Will consider switch/redundancy system specifically for the A123 cells - Will Consider turbine/pipe alignment tool - Will consider Universal" direct steering mechanism - Almost completed quick connectors protective cap - Will consider wooden mount for holding a UAT - Will consider Better Gear door hinges - Already in development combined airline/electrical connector - Will Consider Larger cockpit and cover spring latches - Hard to get much better than [link=http://dreamworksrc.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1001]THESE?[/link] Electronic Door Drive System - Already in development! They are not even close to being automatic but they are the best things going as far as I have seen. Mine are modified though so it can spin in my hand easier. |

I've just used a servo mount that glues to the fuselage and installation was really easy but do not have such an easy way to mount the RX. How about some receiver mounts that can be glued to the radio tray or fuselage side? They could be specifically sized for certain receivers to either clip in or mount with some sort of strap. They could also have some sort of integrated cable tidy to hold the wires to make sure there is no stress on the plugs.

I'll second that !! I have been looking for colored smoke cartridges (the kind that burn ) for a long time ... all i can ever find that is of acceptable volume is white ... i can make my own but i prefer not having funky chemicals shipped to my address ... :eek: I dont realistically see getting colored smoke out of the exhaust like with white smoke fluid as it would either be highly toxic, or stain everything everywhere like the currently available dyes for smoke do ... if anyone knows where i can order some from that would be great !! in particular i need green and red ..

They then use a high intensity light to "kick" it off. I betcha that light unit would not be cheap but the idea of an epoxy type glue that you could fast cure with a light would be very cool. Prolly be a whole lot more expensive than Hysol though. PaulD |

HYSOL. They only package this stuff in cylinders and won't put it in tubs like pints and quarts. They do manf. the cylinders bland so you can add your own label. That only runs a few bucks if you buy a bunch. You must know a distributor and be a business. I get mine, labelled as Hysol, for ten bucks from a distributor. Don't know what the price is now with the fraudulent hike in oil and gas prices, but it would still be cheaper than what a lot of folks sell it for. There are also different types of the stuff that are just as good. Kinda like servos, you get used to one brand cuz that was what was told to you when you first started, and all the rest are trash. If someone knows a distributor, discuss this. If everyone would buy it unlabelled that says they would (you know, "I'd buy it if it were available"!), then it would pay to get it and sell at cost plus ten percent. But that takes a quantity purchase commitment. Then, what if those "buyers" got lost? Get the picture?

Plug in flap connector. where the flap servos can be mounted in the fuse, and just have a square to square plug in connection. Byron sold them back in the 80's.
Also a 25 LB electric retract set. like the E-flite .15 size set. suitable for Robart struts. Just my .02.... |

How 'bout a simple two part plug that allows me to securely plug as many as 4 male leads into one half and females into the other? |
