Yes seems that way, nonetheless you seem happy to read and post so lets wait to see what the dimensions are and then go from there ;)
The original request from UKR was to post the dimensions so that he could check the dimensions against the original he has with him, that was a request which has now been bounced back!

The pipe was not copied it was reverse-engineered then the economy took
a dump and it was down sized. This lady was assigned to transport it back then
boom, pipe destroyed no measurments needed.
