Are you having problems with k-140?
 

Hi, I'm buying a kingtech 140f, I already have a k80, and it runs perfect, but I've heard that some people had problens with the 140, like bearing problens and other one have a GNV problem, resulting in overheating.
I don't know if these are isolated cases or the turbine has a problem itself.

Can I go on and buy or not?

megafly, I agree with you regarding the K80. There are a couple guys who have them down at my field and they run like clocks so I wouldn't hesitate to buy one.

Even if you did have an issue which isn't likely, Barry is great to deal with and will look after you. I personally would buy any kingtech with confidence. Can't say that about a few other brands.

Thanks guys, I think I will go for it, bu I think is not going to assist me because I'm not buying from him, I have a friend that bought this turbine, but I'ts new, he hasn't take it out of the box. And i'm buying from him.

The engine is great, also if you want to save some money you can buy direct from Taiwan if you buy 3 or more engines the give you 25% discount and include shipping all over the world. I got a few friends together and I bought 4 K80F and they shipped direct to NY for $1368.00 each. They will sell any of there engines at that price. Its awesome service 5 days and you get them at your door

Barry will still support you. The warranty is transferrable I believe and Barry is kingtech USA. He wants all kingtech owners to be happy.

Look I don't want to cause trouble here so I will no longer post. I was just trying to help some people out to get better prices. All I know is that I have purchased direct from the factory as well as several friends of mine down south. I just hate being called a lier when manufactures want to make extra cash. Not your fault, the factories. In their rush to get the product out the door they undercut their resellers for a mere 3 units.

Well, I just bought the 140, it's in my car :D
It's the old ECU, and I don't know what pump it has, when I get home I will post some pictures, she is a little burned? I think it's beuse they tested in the factory, all the acessories are packed and never has beem opened.
I will make a test stand to fire her up!
