I was getting air bubbles and it was driving me nuts! I had posted a video and a whole rundown... at the same time Dieselman1220 and I were texting back and fourth troubleshooting it when I solved the issue. I was refueling to do another test run and the UAT started leaking... BOOM! Problem solved!

Interesting I just pulled my tomcat apart for the same issue lol a little solvent to clean the oils off and hysol then reassemble for me. I love the MAP high flow for twins but putting metal fittings into plastic with pos and negative pressure isn’t the best design.

Mine turned into a disaster repair! As I took it apart to investigate, I found the threaded nipple was bottomed out on the internal filter. It seems that the female threaded portion was about 2-3 threads shy when tapped. And of course when I bit down on the nipple to tighten her up she snapped.

And just like that I will be buying a new UAT...

Yes, but the threads snapped clean and flush inside the other piece your holding with the o-ring.

I thought about re-tapping ect, but by then I was too mad to think clearly...”just being honest” LOL

lets just say things went flying...
