Nice
I know you love or loathe these but, I love the look of these. They lookedreally well made when insas them at weston park.
|
Seems like a nice smaller size jet.
Looks like rudders are there so AMA compliant. Wonder if it will use Electron or JP retracts... |
I want!!!
|
This will be my next jet! ...probably
|
|
I’m assuming if you are not interested in hovering and 3D, you can skip the vector nozzle and go with a smaller turbine? |

Nice
Do we have any idea on cost yet. Same for retracts?
|
How is the Lizard different from the Drake besides the color scheme?

It’s now on the SAB website with a price. https://sabavio.com/products/m138-lizard Some cool photos of it coming out from Jetpower as well. |
Nice that the vector is an option. The gear looks pretty good as well. |
That converts to just under $1500 USD...we'll see when it finally makes it way over here. It looks like the gear uses the same JP struts at my T-One Mini...which I have an extra set.

These guys have been putting on quite a wild show here at Jetpower... thrust vectoring, wingtip smoke, super low hovering (sometimes just feet apart), crazy stuff. Almost makes me want to fool around with one of the smaller ones. They seem to be pretty well made.https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...93b1b34205.jpg

So the Lizard looks like a mini Drake Curious if the next plane will be a mini version of the Havok. I’ve always liked the look of the forward swept wing SU47 and X29 similar to the Havok |
Helidirect in the USA sells the SAB Jets. I watched a Drake flying yesterday. |

Did the little lizard fly. What did you think of that Dave?

No, I spoke with Stefano today and he agreed the wing platform was at its limit with the bigger one. |
