https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...5ebde66419.jpg Can anyone identify this air valve and tell me the name of it? and also where I could find a replacement? A friend has an old set of struts that use this type of air valve. Even if you could post a schematic so that maybe he can refurbish the valve. They are leaking so the struts are bottoming out. any help will be greatly appreciated. |

They also twist apart extremely fast when trying to install them. They are very thin brass.
I twisted two apart on one strut within minutes. Don’t use a flathead screwdriver unless it has a V notch in the center to accommodate the air nipple. Otherwise you’ll learn the hard way as I did one day. |
Hi
Definitely valve of Skymaster struts. In the past I have got replacement from Skymaster (takes a while). Also I have seen them in Aliexpress, but can´t seen to find them there any more. Some models of air guns use the same type of valve, maybe you have some luck searching valves for air guns parts. Regards |
